Working principle of nitrogen making machine

The system of nitrogen making machine is buffered by air compressor, air storage tank and air tank, thus reducing the pressure fluctuation of the system, making the compressed air smooth through removing oil filter, freezing dry water removal, fine filter, removing oil and dust, and purifying the components by the ultra fine filter to fully remove the oil and water impurities. To prevent possible trace oil penetration and provide adequate protection for carbon molecular sieves. The service life of the carbon molecular sieve is ensured. The clean air treated by this component can be used in nitrogen making equipment. At the same time, when the adsorption tower is switched on, it also provides a large amount of compressed air for the nitrogen separation unit in a short time, which makes the pressure in the adsorption tower up to the working pressure quickly, and ensures the reliable and stable transportation of the equipment. That's ok.

The adsorption tower with special carbon molecular sieve has A and B two. When the clean compressed air enters the A tower and flows through the carbon molecular sieve to the outlet, the compressed air flows into the A tower to absorb oxygen output nitrogen, and the nitrogen gas flows out from the outlet end of the adsorption tower and enters the nitrogen gas storage tank. After 60 seconds, the carbon molecular sieve in the A tower is saturated. At this point, the A tower stops adsorption automatically, compressed air flows into the B tower to produce nitrogen by oxygen inhalation, and the A tower molecular sieve is regenerated. The regeneration of carbon molecular sieve is achieved by rapidly reducing the pressure in the adsorption tower to atmospheric pressure to remove the adsorbed oxygen. The two towers alternate adsorption and regeneration, complete the separation of oxygen and nitrogen, and continuously output nitrogen. The adsorption of oxygen in the air is far greater than that of nitrogen by carbon molecular sieves, so the two towers of A and B can be circulated alternately through programmable logic control. Pressure adsorption, decompression and desorption are used to complete the separation of oxygen and nitrogen to obtain the required purity of nitrogen.

Chemical industry nitrogen making machine is mainly used as protective gas, displacement gas and washing gas in chemical industry to ensure safe production. For example, polypropylene production should be carried out with pure nitrogen. Nitrogen is also applied to oil tanks, containers, pipes cleaning and cleaning.
